- The Catholic parent(s) must be registered in the Parish (Registration forms are available in the Parish Office or here)
- Complete Registration form
- Provide copy of Birth Certificate
- Attend Baptism Preparation Class- This class is offered monthly, on the first Tuesday evening of each month from 7pm to 8:30pm in the Parish Center
- At least one of the Baptismal Sponsors must be a practicing Roman Catholic- that is married in the Church (if married), Confirmed, receiving Communion on a regular basis.

Sacrament of Confirmation
Requirements:
The Candidate for Confirmation must have:
- Family must be registered in the Parish
- Completed the 9th Grade
- Attend weekly classes, September- April (please contact the Religious Education Office for Schedule of classes or see here)
- Provide copy of Baptismal Certificate

Sacrament of Eucharist (1st Communion)
Requirements:
- Family must be registered in the Parish
- Completed the 1st Grade
- Attend weekly classes, September-May (please contact the Religious Education Office for Schedule of classes or see here)
- Celebrated their First Reconciliation (this is part of preparation for First Communion)
- Provide copy of Baptismal Certificate
The Celebration of First Holy Communion takes place in May
Those who are homebound and desire to receive Holy Communion can do so by calling the Parish Office and requesting an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion to bring Communion to their home.
Sacrament of Marriage
Requirements:
- Catholic party must be registered in the Parish
- Couples must contact the Parish Office for an appointment with a Priest or Deacon 6 months before the intended date of the wedding
- Couples must receive pre-marital instruction- this is provided by the Parish after initial meeting with a Priest or Deacon
- Provide copy of Baptismal Certificate
- If seeking Validation for a Civil Marriage please provide a copy of Civil Marriage License
Sacrament of Anointing
The Sacrament is offered monthly to those who are ill or have passed their 65th birthday, following the 9am Mass and 12:05Noon Mass on First Fridays.
The Sacrament is also offered to the hospitalized, the homebound, and those in the nursing homes by request- simply call the Parish Office and request a Priest to come.
Those who are homebound and desire to receive Holy Communion can do so by calling the Parish Office and requesting an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion to bring Communion to their home.
Sacrament of Reconcilation (Confession)
This Sacrament is offered daily- one half hour before each of the weekday Masses (8:30am-9am, and 11:35am-12:05Noon)
The Sacrament is offered on Saturday morning from 8:30am-9:00am and Saturday afternoon from 3:30pm-5pm and Sunday afternoon from 4:30pm-5pm.
The Sacrament is offered at Good Shepherd Mission on Saturday evening from 6pm-6:30pm (immediately before the Vigil Mass)
The Sacrament is offered anytime by appointment- call Parish Office for an appointment with a Priest
